Course Description

IOIA and JOIA will cosponsor a 5-day Basic Organic Processing Inspection Training using JAS Standards as a reference. The course will be held online September 12 & 19 and in-person September 24-26, 2025, at Utsumi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan. The training language will be Japanese. The course includes a field trip to a processing plant with a mock inspection, as well as a written exam. The IOIA trainer will be Mutsumi Sakuyoshi and other Japanese trainer(s).
