Course Description

IOIA and JOIA will cosponsor a 5-day Basic Organic Processing Inspection Training using JAS Standards as a reference. The course will be held online August 21 & 28 and in-person September 9 to 11, 2026, at Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center. The training language will be Japanese. The course includes a field trip to a processing facility with a mock inspection, as well as a written exam. The IOIA trainer will be Mutsumi Sakuyoshi and other Japanese trainer(s).
